While most of the cheats are for single-player games to help players deal with the sometimes harsh environmental struggles, there are also a few console commands players who host servers can implement to ensure the game remains fun and fair for everyone. It is not currently clear how cheating will affect saved games, so players will want to be careful and make sure they have a backup save of their game just in case. Right now, Iron Gate Studios has not included achievements in Valheim, and it isn't clear how cheating will affect achievements should they be added later. With that said, here are all the available cheat and console codes for Valheim and how to input them.
How To Input Cheat Codes In Valheim
Inputting cheats in Valheim is fairly simple; players will need to pull up the console by pressing F5. They will then need to use the code imacheater and press Enter to enable cheating. Players should see a message that reads Cheats: True to confirm they may begin inputting codes.
When they are ready to close the console, they simply need to press F5. If they would like to turn off cheats, they will need to press F5 again, input the imacheater code a second time, and press Enter.
